Mazie Hauck Frey Local History Center
In honor of Mazie Hauck Frey through her efforts, the Putnam County District Library was created in 1924.
The collections housed in the Mazie Hauck Frey Local History Center are an integral part of the county's heritage and are accessible for research on local genealogy and historical subjects.
Most resources in the Center are non-circulating.
Microfilm reader and a photocopy machine are available with USB scanning. Copies are available for 25 cents each.
The library may accept donations of Family Histories, photographs from Putnam County, or any yearbooks from Putnam County Schools at the library’s discretion.
