How To Order Records From The Putnam County District Library

1. Your request must be specific, unfortunately we are unable to fill requests for "anything on the Jones Family".
2. Requests must  include the name, mailing address, telephone number and email (if available) of the person making the request.
3. Please list what records you are looking for (birth, death, marriage, obituaries, or wills)
4. The charge is $2.50 per record, payable upon receipt. A bill will be sent with the records. Payment may be a check or money order made out to the "Putnam County District Library" and mailed to:
   PCDL - Local History
   PO Box 230
   Ottawa, OH 45875
    
5. The Putnam County District Library staff will mail you the copies of the records as soon as possible. The turnaround time will depend on the amount of traffic this service generates.
